The Annual Service Contract (ASC) covers the following –
We charge an Annual Management Fee. It is the fee you pay to hire our company to be on call to act on your behalf 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Brokerage at standard market rates is applicable
Labour & material costs for providing services like painting, polishing, woodwork, repairs & maintenance, interiors, renovations would be charged extra at competitive rates. The task would be undertaken by ProServe Team of experienced supervisors & trusted vendors.
ProServe shall endeavor to render it’s services as per best industry practices. ProServe supervisors & vendors are trained to deliver quality work. However if any deficiency/defect is found genuine within a reasonable time period, this will be made good by free provision of the said service.
We target only a specific group of tenants who do not have likelihood of defaulting on rent payments. We check on the past employment record of the tenant and insist on a recommendation letter from his current employer. As a policy we ask tenants to submit their personal details such as copy of passport/ Driving License/Any other statutory ID proof, PAN card copy and permanent address proof. We use lease agreements with clear language that protects your interests.
Our package includes two inspections during tenancy contract period of 11months. Our Team will do prior inspection before handing over the house to the tenant with a list of all fittings & fixtures & check the same at the end of the tenancy period.
